Terms of Service
These terms cover your membership of AnyStop, a loyalty programme shared across independent convenience stores in Georgia, operated by SHR-Ventures. By using the app or giving your phone number at a participating counter, you agree to them.
1. Joining
You need a mobile phone number you control and you must be 13 or older. One account per person. Keep your phone secure — anyone who can receive your one-time code can reach your account.
2. Earning points
Points are issued on qualifying purchases at participating stores, at the rates published in the app at the time of the purchase.
Some categories never earn points. Fuel, tobacco, lottery, alcohol, gift cards, money orders, fuel tax and EBT purchases are excluded. This is not a temporary promotion — those categories carry almost no margin for a store and are excluded by design.
Points are issued once a sale completes. If a sale is voided or refunded, the points are reversed.
3. What a point is
Points are redeemable only for rewards offered in the app, at participating stores, while the programme runs.
4. Expiry and inactivity
Points do not expire while your account is in use. If an account goes inactive — no earning and no redeeming — for eighteen months, we may expire the balance. We will tell you before we do, using the contact details on your account.
5. Rates can change
Earn rates, reward prices and the reward catalogue are set by the network and reviewed from time to time. We may change them. Changes apply from the date we publish them and never retroactively: points already in your balance keep the value they had when you earned them.
6. Participating stores can change
Stores join and leave. A store leaving does not cancel your points — they remain good at every other store on the network. We cannot guarantee that any particular store will still be participating when you next visit.
7. Rewards and the store
When you redeem a reward, the goods or services are supplied by the store, and that store is responsible for them — their quality, their preparation, their food safety. If something is wrong with what you were handed, take it up with the counter. We are responsible for the points, not the sandwich.
8. Order ahead
Where a store offers ordering in the app, placing an order is a request to that store to prepare food — it is not a payment. You pay at the counter as normal. Stores may refuse or cancel an order, and prices are those shown when you placed it.
9. Fair use
Do not create multiple accounts, manufacture transactions, use another person's account, or attempt to obtain points for purchases that did not happen. We may suspend or close an account and cancel points obtained this way.
10. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time in the app: Account → Delete account. Unredeemed points are lost when you close it, which is why the app asks you to spend them first. We may close an account that breaches these terms, or on notice if we end the programme.
11. Ending the programme
If we wind the programme down, we will give you at least sixty days' notice in the app and by message, so you have time to spend what you hold.
12. Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the value of the points in your balance at the time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for anything significant, tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use AnyStop after that means you accept the change.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
