Privacy Policy
AnyStop is a loyalty programme shared across independent convenience stores. This policy describes what the AnyStop app and service collect, why, who can see it, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.
AnyStop is operated by SHR-Ventures. Contact: info@shr-ventures.com.
What we collect
| What | Why we have it |
|---|---|
| Mobile phone number | It is how you sign in. We send a one-time code to it; we do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to. |
| Name and email address | Optional. Only what you type into your profile. |
| Your points balance and history | Every time points are issued or redeemed we record the amount, the store, and the time. This is the programme — without it you have no balance. |
| Purchase categories | When a store's register posts a basket, we receive the categories and amounts needed to work out points — packaged goods, food service, car wash and so on. |
| Approximate location | Only while you are using the app, and only to show the stores nearest you and give directions. Location is never used to award points and is not stored as a history of where you have been. |
| Device notification token | Only if you allow notifications, so we can tell you when a reward is ready or an order is waiting. |
| Order-ahead details | If you order from a store's kitchen: the items, any note you add, and the pickup time. The store preparing it sees these. |
| Wallet balance and transactions | Only where a store network has the wallet switched on, and only if you open one. |
What we do not collect
- No advertising identifiers and no tracking. The app contains no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics, and does not track you across other apps or websites. We have nothing to show an App Tracking Transparency prompt about.
- No payment card details. The app does not take card payments.
- No item-level purchase history is sold or shared with anyone for marketing.
- No location history. We use your position at the moment you ask for nearby stores and do not keep a trail of it.
Who can see what
The store you are standing in
A store sees the transactions that happen at its own counter — that you are a member, the points issued or redeemed there, and the first name on your account if you gave one. A store cannot see where else you shop, what you bought elsewhere, or your balance history at other stores.
The operator
We see the full ledger, because we have to: points earned at one store and spent at another are settled in money between them every month, and that settlement is computed from these records.
Everyone else
Nobody. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We use service providers to run the service (hosting, SMS delivery for your sign-in code, push notification delivery) and they may process data only on our instructions. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Deleting your account
You can close your account in the app: Account → Delete account. No email, no phone call.
When you do:
- Your name, phone number and email address are erased.
- Your membership is closed and your points balance ends.
- You are signed out.
If you are holding points or a wallet balance, the app will ask you to spend or withdraw them before closing the account, so that deleting does not quietly destroy something of value.
Your other rights
- See it. Your full points history is in the app. Ask us and we will send you everything else we hold.
- Fix it. Edit your profile in the app, or write to us.
- Say no to notifications. Turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.
- Say no to location. Decline the permission. The app still works; it just cannot sort stores by distance.
Children
AnyStop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we will remove the account.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Your sign-in is a one-time code sent to your phone; we do not store a password you reuse elsewhere. No system is perfect, and we will tell you if something happens that affects you.
Where your data is held
AnyStop operates in the United States and data is processed there.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and for anything significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
